Marketing Customer Success



  • Creating and implementing a multi-channel customer acquisition strategy.
  • Measuring and reporting on new merchant acquisition volume, CAC, LTV, etc.
  • Continuously understand and learn about Reworth’s merchants, what are the best acquisition channels, motivations to join and where to find them.
  • Follow a "test and learn fast" strategy. Building and maintaining an ongoing testing calendar to improve performance.
  • Plan, launch and run campaigns to drive growth via numerous channels including paid & organic media, SEO, affiliates, referrals, content promotion, community engagement, partnerships and PR.
  • Support new merchants every step of the way to find insights that lead to optimizing the funnel.


  • Solid project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward.
  • Strong growth track record, with samples and results of past campaigns.
  • Outstanding written, oral and organizational ability.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Google Analytics, Photoshop, Hubspot.
  • Proficient with Analytics.
  • 3+ years’ experience in SEO, growth marketing.
